Plan Your Visit

3619 Avon Street, Hartland, Michigan — everything you need to know before you arrive.

Parking

There are roughly 20 spaces immediately adjacent to the Hall. Additional parking is available in a lot one-half block north, on specified public streets, and as overflow in the nearby Cromaine District Library lot.

For a sold-out show, arrive early — a full house can mean 90-plus vehicles looking for a spot. Do not park on the lawn or sidewalk.

Accessible entrance & seating

Accessible entry and accessible/companion seating are available on the main floor. Call or email ahead of your visit so we can make sure you're seated where it works best for you — see Reserved Seating for more.

Doors, seating & the balcony

  • Doors typically open 30–45 minutes before showtime — exact times are posted on each event page.
  • The main floor is flat, level access from the lobby.
  • The balcony (rows K–L) is reached by stairs only — there is no elevator.
  • Late seating is at the house manager's discretion and may be held until a natural break in the performance.

Food, beverage & prohibited items

  • No alcohol is served or permitted on the property.
  • Food and beverages are not permitted in the auditorium — refreshments may be enjoyed in the lobby or on the porch.
  • Outside food, drink, and coolers are not permitted.
  • Professional recording equipment requires advance permission from the Hall.

Weather & ticket help

Weather-related cancellations or postponements, if any, will be posted on the event page and emailed to ticket holders. For any question about an order, ticket, or upcoming visit, use the contact information on your confirmation email, or reach the box office in person during an event.
